Meet Jeff
Jeff Pham has devoted his career to counseling entrepreneurs, helping them grow their businesses, and providing them with the legal expertise needed to realize their goals.
Jeff began his career as corporate counsel to CoreLogic, Inc. (NYSE: CLGX), the world’s largest provider of real estate data and analytics, where he advised on a broad array of legal matters, ranging from routine business transactions to trade secret enforcement and international corporate acquisitions.
In 2010, Jeff founded Pham Law Group, and later co-founded Adams & Pham APC in 2013, bringing his large-company in-house experience to bear on behalf of businesses throughout Southern California. Across these roles, he has primarily served as outside general counsel to private companies in a diverse range of industries, including consumer products, healthcare, professional sports, information technology, and education.
In 2025, Jeff formed Founders First Law, APC, where he continues to focus on the full spectrum of legal matters that businesses encounter most frequently in their operations. His practice includes business entity formation and governance, mergers and acquisitions, commercial real estate transactions, employment and independent contractor agreements, vendor and customer contracts, and intellectual property licensing. He prides himself on delivering insightful, practical, and cost-effective legal solutions, and on building long-term relationships grounded in a personal investment in each client’s success.
